Is it hype or the real deal?
Ski-in, ski-out access is really good! The food throughout my stay was great, with amazing service from kind staff who were eager to help.
Chaotic dining times created confusion, and accessing the sauna felt complicated due to unclear processes. Not to mention, the noise levels were quite disruptive.

Newly decorated accommodation with particularly good setting right by an aquarium, garden, and ski slopes. Fabulous and outstanding meals. Amazingly comfortable excellent rooms with a beautiful view, good bed, for instance, efficient staff.

Lekker ski vibes in Pila ⛷️
Good rooms and the location is just amazing for the ski-in, ski-out action! I had such a jol hitting the slopes right from the doorstep. Service was also on point. The staff were proper friendly!
Could've done with a bit more variety at dining times-was like I was waiting forever for my brekkie one morning!

The location offers fantastic ski-in, ski-out access. I was particularly impressed with the fresh and local food that was consistently served . The organization during dining times could use improvement, as things felt a bit chaotic. I experienced long waits for breakfast . Lastly, accessing the spa was somewhat confusing and could benefit from clearer instructions.

Loved the ski boot room setup and the location was just fabulous! The food had lots of choices and was quite good, perfect for our hungry crew.
But dining seemed like a wild stampede-45 minutes for a coffee? I thought I was waiting for a table at a trendy restaurant!

We really enjoyed the location and the food was great. The staff were always smiling.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still acceptable for what we got.
