I had an excellent stay on vacation thanks to the great restaurant and the really kind and super friendly staff. The twin/double room, though not very appealing in photos, turned out to be convenient with heated lockers.

Newly decorated accommodation with particularly good setting right by an aquarium, garden, and ski slopes. Fabulous and outstanding meals. Amazingly comfortable excellent rooms with a beautiful view, good bed, for instance, efficient staff.

The hotel at Th Pila in Pila was absolutely great. We had a huge twin/double room with a good bed and heated lockers, along with a beautiful view. The restaurant was great, and the food was excellent.

We had an excellent stay at Th. the location was perfect for skiing, right on the slopes with easy lift access. the staff, especially Angelo and Gracie, were amazing with our children. the food was generally good, with fresh and healthy choices. the highlight for us was the free wine with dinner, which was very drinkable. the rooms were clean with big beds, although it would have been perfect if they had coffee making facilities. We would recommend this resort to families with young children. Cons: Cannot find any fault. 😊.

We had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options for breakfast and dinner.

There were a few aspects that we did not appreciate. The noise level in the hotel was quite high, with inconsiderate guests slamming doors and being loud in the corridors.
